After months of shopping around, I decided to purchase the Evenflo Convertible Seat Triumph Advance LX – Ashburn for our six-month-old daughter. This car seat is SOOOOOOO great! The material feels fabulous (soft, comfortable), the installation was very easy (although the instructions can be very confusing due to the poor illustrations- just use your common sense and you can figure it out!) and we are so impressed with how EASY it is to adjust the harness! It has already made our lives SO much better, and we’ve only used it for 2 days!
Of course, Amazon has the best price (by far) and with free shipping, you cannot beat it! I would absolutely recommend this Evenflo Convertible Seat Triumph Advance LX – Ashburn car seat to anyone! (We are using it rear-facing for as long as possible, by the way.) Just a note: Britax seats are wonderful, no doubt, and if we had lots of spare cash, we would have gone that route. But, don’t be sold on the Britax simply because of the extra tethers for the rear-facing position. Due to physics, the ONLY way this car seat could tilt backwards (toward the seat back in the rear-facing position) is if the vehicle was rear-ended at about 60+ mph. Even then, the mass of the infant would help hold the seat in place. The extra tethers are really unnecessary for that reason. However, there is a tether on the back of this seat which can be rigged to attach to the hardware of the vehicle seats.(It’s meant to be used in the forward-facing position.) My husband did that just to be extra safe.
Overall, WONDERFUL car seat!!!! So glad I purchased from Amazon!!!

I purchased two of these car seats after first purchasing the Evenflo Convertible Titan from Target. I liked the Titan as it was comfortable and roomy, but didn’t like that it didn’t recline. My son was slumped over everytime he fell asleep. I did some research and found the Evenflo Convertible Seat Triumph Advance LX – Ashburn. This had all the features of the Titan (great padding, very roomy, click dial tightening system – but also had the recline feature. DON’T GET A CARSEAT THAT DOESN’T RECLINE!! Love the click dial that tightens the straps. My son is always nice and snug in his seat. The straps never get tangled. I absolutely love this Evenflo Convertible Seat Triumph Advance LX – Ashburn and would recommend to everyone.

This Evenflo Convertible Seat Triumph Advance LX – Ashburn is a nice carseat… we have two Alpha Omega Elite carseats and I just purchased this one for our trip home. My daughter loved how high it made her sit in the seat. The only aspect that I didn’t like so much is the cup holder… we prefer the kind that you can put a variety of things in including snacks, etc. This kind will only hold a cup for particular sizes. The value for the $ is unbeatable… especially as being one of the highest rated seats by Consumer Reports. Great quality, materials, etc.
